The Rural Municipality of Lomond No. 37 may impose a weight restriction (Ban) on any municipal road, at any time, to maintain the integrity of a road pursuant to Bylaw No. 5/92 and Bylaw No. 3-2012. The municipality shall impose the following Weight Restrictions.

That Pursuant to Bylaw 3-2012 that the following weight restrictions be imposed within the R.M. of Lomond No. 37 at 12:01 am on March 15th, 2023:
- Gravel & Oil Surfaced Roads –
- Secondary Weight Restrictions will be imposed on ALL roads from March 15th, 2023 to June 15th, 2023 (runs concurrently with Sask. Highways 9 Month Secondary Weight Season on Highway 35).
- During Spring Restrictions, overweight permits may be issued for non-divisible loads only and will be available for gravel roads only. Contact this office for permit approval. Secondary Weights will continue on Oil Surfaced Roads during Sask. Highways Spring Road Bans;
- Annual Permits are $100.00 per truck, per year; or
- Daily Permits are $25.00 per truck, per day.
